Who we are and our Mission?
IWICA - Indo Western Institute of Cultural Arts, was founded in 2005 by Ms. Binita Shah with the objective of bringing together the best of Eastern and Western Cultural Education and Arts under one roof to all age groups to enjoy and learn while developing their creativity, imagination, personality, and overall growth.
IWICA Education Services offers below programs which are brain child of IWICA.
1. IWICA Activity Center:
IWICA Activity Center is the 1st foundation brick of IWICA in 2005 with the true concept of bringing the best of quality education started with dance and currently offers variety of also other courses like Yoga, Computers, Languages, Drama and many more for all age groups from children to adult.
2. IWICA Chess School:
Is the first chess school in Asia accredited by Ministry of Education and is also accredited by World Chess Federation(FIDE) founded in 2008. At IWICA Chess is used as a tool to develop important life skills and character building. Some of the sciteifically proven benefits of chess are concentration, pattern recognition, critical thinking,
3. IWICA Robotics:
Right now is a technology age. Understanding the importance of that IWICA established Robotics school in 2013 intregrating with STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) education to prepare children to be leaders of future in today's technology age. Building robots involves the development of a wide range of skills, including creative thinking in designing, mechanics, electronics and programming. We train children upto participating into WRO(World Robotics Olympiad) worldwide.
Taking a step ahead IWICA within the same founded concept of IWICA with a promise of mind stimulating quality education in 2016 we launched another new mental challenging program in maths with an unique mental maths technique based on “Vedic Maths” discovered thousands of years ago and found in scriptures of vedas. “MatheMagic” program based on Vedic Maths designed under guidance of Guiness record holder Dr.Sai Kiran.
At present IWICA programs are run in around 25 International Schools around Thailand and having its oversea branches in Bangladesh and India. At IWICA, not only do we train teachers, but we also provide the curriculum's and tools for the education and a wide range of extra-curricular activities to support children in learning important life skills. all are teachers are highly qualified and experienced in that particular field and undergo extensive IWICA training, Child Protection Seminar and Police clearance to ensure your children are always safe at IWICA.
